How can I create an account in customers.autonomy.com?
Our company is planning to upgrade our old Teamsite 6.7 to Teamsite 7.5, so we need the support account to get the installers. But the old support account is missing together with our vendor. I have tried to setup new account with my collegues using our company's email but still in vain.
Do we need to purchase the licence first before we can get the support account?
