callout not visible in existing DCR

Added a callout in datacapture.cfg file.

callout button is not visible in existing Form but it is available in new created Form

If you're looking for help - try providing a lot more information. For example:

TeamSite version
Platform / OS version
Browser version(s) in which behavior is exhibited
DCT code that works (with sufficient context)
DCT code that does not work (with sufficient context)
FormAPI code associated with DCT that works (is it inlined or referenced?)
FormAPI code associated with DCT that does not work (is it inlined or referenced?)
Entry in templating.cfg for DCT that works
Entry in templating.cfg for DCT that does not work
What kind of debugging have you already attempted (along with results).

templating.cfg not available_templates.cfg (though I doubt either will help)

Whoops - you know I thought that was wrong when I was typing it, but didn't go back and fix it (my bad, good catch)

This is because your older dcrs still refers to previous version of datacapture.cfg

You need to submit the datacapture.cfg and when you edit existing/old dcrs the callout should appear.
