DCRs are not populating values from database

In TeamSite 7.3.2 - DCRs are not populating values from database for a couple of users.

- Once you clear the IE11 cache and cookies, it works fine again only once and then the issue persists untill you clear the cache.

- In the Temp Int Files folder, I tried to check the javascript which was called from the client machine and it said the error was 800A1391 and IWDatacapture is undefined. (Microsoft advice is also to clear the cache to resolve this but doesn't seem like).
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Hi ,

When you meant couple of users, Did you also mean, it is working for other users using IE 11?

Have the IE , downgraded to IE9 and check if the same issue exits, Do the same with other browsers and verify.

Yes, I meant it is working for all other users in IE11. The issue existed in IE9 as well. Cross browser testing is not possible due to org standards.

I suggest checking the IE cache settings for "check for newer versions of stored pages:" We leave it checked to "every time I visit the webpage"
