How I can create Workflow xml

Hi,

I want to create workflow which perform task like fetch the record from team site then update the record and send to team site. After that I need to send data to staging/edition etc.

(e.g. createWorkflow(java.lang.String workflowSpecification) )

Can anyone guide me how I can create a workflow xml file

Take some training. RTFM on creating workflows. No one here can teach you (for free) how to create a workflow. I'm sure a few would be happy to teach you for their normal fee, though.

I second Smitty's comments here, but to give you a push in the right direction in understanding the docs, "workflow xml" in this function call refers to "jobspec" as an xml string. You should be able to piece together the rest of it from the workflow docs, but feel free to ask more pointed questions if you get stuck.

Since you're speaking about WFT development, you'll want to take a look at the old Workflow Developers Guide prior to the transition (start of it at least) to WFM.

My sarcasm wants me to answer with.. a text editor however I believe you are also looking for syntax and process guide lines, which you'll find in the developers guide.

Example WFT: $iw-home/local/config/wft/solutions/configurable_author_submit.wft
