custom Workflow getting issue

Hi,
I am using windows server 2012, Ts7.4.1.0. in workflow fired the .pages are getting updated into .html. but the hyper links urls still looking the iw-preview path and it still having the .page path how rectify this. PFA is the error message i am getting and the Log file

Hi,

About your workflow issue, Get the job spec of your workflow (save it as an xml file) and try to initiate the workflow using the jobspec from TeamSite server.

<iw-home/TeamSite/bin>iwjobc -i <job spec xml>

Did you mean, the hyperlink is a .page ? and when you convert the parent .page ,the hyperlink should also get converted , .page / reference of the .page from .page to .html automatically ?.

my issue here is like need to change the links as .page to .html as well my linkes are still refereng into iw-prevew not my exact url link

1) For the links still pointing to .page and not html , you have to write something custom to change the ref.

2) Try using token $URL_PREFIX to have the url pointing to the right path .

In authoring, Can you paste one URL ref on how its pointing/created

Hi Karthik,

There is a known issue with TeamSite 7.4.1 where the generated html has iw-perview prefix appended. Below id the defect detail.

LST-10857 -> Page links, referenced images, and CSS/JavaScript resources display with iw-preview prefixes.

I don't know the exact patch details but if you can connect to HP support, they can provide you the patch for this issue.

Hi Guys,

finally found that the solution for this issue. instead of using direct link we shoud use that values as a pagelink tokens like the bellow example

<Datum ID="G01-D02" Type="PageLink" Name="Link">$PAGE_LINK[Products]</Datum>
