InterwovneAdminConsole showing NullPointerexception

I installed patch (7.5.0.1.0) over the 7.5.0.0.0. after installing the patch, there is an issue with InterwovenAdminConsole loading. it is not coming up. when we are trying to fetch admin console with 
url : /iw-admin/action/iw.admin.ui ,  i found NULL Pointer Exception in server.log as attached.

Please try formatting your post properly next time, that was kinda hard to read.

The stack trace says it's failing to decode your session string, probably because the keyphrase changed during the upgrade. Clear your browser cookies and try logging in again.

NullPointerException is resolved. but i am not able to login into Administration Console.

when i tried to login it gives me a popup with error msg "Unable to established connection with the server".

and i found some exception in commonservice.log as attached.

check the server.log / boss.log - chances are something did not get installed properly

while login with url : /iw-admin/action/iw.admin.ui... on console getting "Unable to establish connection with the server" and found ERROR in core.log, commonserviceclient.log as attached and same error in commonservice.log.
