MediaBin 8.0.3 - Autonomy HTTPFetch service is not starting

We have installed MediaBin 8.0.3 server.

Autonomy HTTPFetch window service is not starting.

Not sure for which part of MediaBin will get impacted due to this service. Service has been mark as start manually.

We have installed MediaBin on Window 2008 standard server.

its down in our servers too and and we don't see any issues of this service is being down.

it might be the license issue.

Looks like you have selected Quick install option in IDOL installation.

HTTP Fetch and FileSystem Fetch are not needed with MediaBin 8.x. These will be selected in default installation option (Quick Install). So, custom install option should be selected and uncheck these two connectors.

You can disable these two services or uninstall ONLY these two services.
