gauravTsDev

Hi ,

I am new to CSSDK so I tried finding com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.workflow.task.urltask.AuthorMailNotificationTask ,
com.interwoven.ui.teamsite.workflow.task.urltask.ReviewerMailNotificationTask default provided java files on server to understand how  email works .Can anyone help me out providing exact location where I can find these java files.

Thanks

The classes for these are in the teamsite.jar- a copy of which you should be able to find in

/Interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-cc.war/WEB-INF/lib/

You can try decompiling the class files to look at the Java code.

Alternatively, you can look at the sample source file MailNotificationTask.java which you should be able to find in /Interwoven/TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_samples_src/src/com/corp/custom/

Personally, I'd only use the above as a guide if you want to roll your own code for this.

A better choice than those OOTB classes (IMO) is the OOTB LiveSite email class - the use of which you can see if you look at the Publish LiveSite Content WFM and look at the Properties of tasks like: Job Complete Email and/or Revision Notification Email, etc.  Theres a bit more flexibiity in terms of the subject line and such.  The livesite.jarfile (a copy of which can be found in the same location I previouly indicated for jar files) contains the EmailTask.class which you can decompile if you really feel the need to see code.
