runtime.filter.LiveSiteFilter

Hello,

I am using Teamsite 7.4.1 - windows - IIS 7.0

I created sample site with .Net Web application and created one sample page. when i try to preview the page i am getting the below error

Preview Error:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: The ApplicationContext has not yet been initialized. looking for bean: runtime.filter.LiveSiteFilter

The IIS was not restarted properly.
