We need to implement SSO integrating with Teamsite.
Please let me know if any Opensource available .
We are using below environment.

The integration part is easy. You need to figure out what you are integrating with.
SSO is a corporate wide implementation, not just for TS. If there is not an SSO solution in place already, it doesn't make a lot of sense to put it in just for TeamSite.
How about standard Unix LDAP ?
I believe that SSO on Unix generally requires that the users all be Non-OS users (e.g.: registered in LDAP rather than /etc/passwd & /etc/shadow on the server)
Non-OS users requires that all your customizations (e.g.: external tasks in workflows, custom menu items, etc.) be written in Java (CSSDK) rather than Perl and PTs in XSL rather than Perl/TPL.
So if you're dealing with a legacy system that has a bunch of Perl customizations in it - this is likely to be a significant undertaking; If you're dealing with a brand new implementation, you should be okay.

For the SSO implementation we need SiteMinder Policy server and Web Agent as per the Teamsite Documents.
Where can i download the SiteMinder Policy server and Web Agent?

No it's not opensource. It's one enterprise option that TS officially supports, but that doesn't mean other solutions can't be done.
You will pay a lot for SiteMinder.
There are examples to connect to other SSO solutions
