TeamSite Search 7.3.2

Hi,

Having issues with Search.

After making updates to any content DCRs the updates do not show up in the search results. Even after submitting the files. after submitting, even the text that was searchable before does not show up, but once we restart all the services again, they start to show up.

Here are the properties in search.properties file

iw.index.wamodifications.enable=true

iw.index.wamodifications.branchcreation.default=all

iw.index.wamodifications.frequency=3 (tried with 10 as well without success)

There are many potential tweaks to the config files in order to make everything work properly. You may need to make some changes in search.properties, search.private.properties, and AutonomyContent,cfg in order to get everything to work the way you want it to. I went through several months of debugging Search with IW Support to get it to work properly (7.3.2). There are also some patches you might need. Contact IW Support - that's your best bet.

Before contacting support, do make sure to install the TS-18304 patch, available in the support downloads. TSSearch 7.3.2 flat out does not work without it.

IIRC, it's with the TS7.4.0 downloads.

I only found TS-18401 there as in the readme it says Smiley Happy

Seems like we may need to contact support anyways Smiley Happy
