Targeting - Condition Beans

I have a Question on Conditions used in the Livesite Targeting. There are some beans defined for the OOTB Conditions.

e.g.

 

For the OOTB Condition around Page Name, it picks up bean.path as pageName. This bean resolves to getPageName() method from the Context and does the Condition Operation.

 

I have 2 questions here:

1. Where exactly is the mapping for this bean (pageName) with the corresponding Method (getPageName())? I checked all the OOTB resource config files but could not find reference for this mapping.   

 

2. If I want to add another custom condition in which I want to utilize some other method from Context, where exactly I will be defining the custom Condition Bean (so that I can call corresponding Context method)?

1- To be specific, it's not a bean, it's only using bean notation for path addressing. The implicit "root" is the RequestContext object, and in Java bean notation, asking for property pathName means Java will convert that into a method by capitalizing the first letter and prefixing "get" -- leading to getPathName().

 

2- So if your bean.path is "site.name", the equivalent function call is context.getSite().getName(). You can ask for any properties this way so long as the context object already has a corresponding getWhatever() method. Note that you can add your own getter methods by implementing a RuntimeRequestWrapper object, and then setting a bean path of "wrapper.myExampleProperty".
