how to define iwclt_password in linux in teamsite 7.4.1

Hi,

 

  i am trying to configuring LDAP with my Teamsite 7.4.1 in linux box. in that i need to set the IWCLT_PASSWORD. i am not able to set it properly can any one please advise me to solve this. please find bellow is my current "user_database.xml" file which i am currently i am using

• Set an environment variable, IWCLT_PASSWORD with the LDAP password
• Then execute the CLT, iwuseradm encrypt-userdatabase-pwd
• The output of the above command needs to be entered in the password attribute in user_databases.xml file :

<password value="52616e644b6d4956c82bafa0f0070585d2b28649a5c327abc8db82dc99b837edbace8625f9232f32">
