There used to be, on the old DevNet, a forum for posts such as these (both for those folks who had positions open, and those looking for positions) - I just requested that a forum for these be [re-]created.
In the meantime - you should probably consider going to LinkedIn and look at the various groups related to "Interwoven", "Autonomy", "TeamSite", etc. - as there tend to be some job postings in some of those groups.
