Unable to add custom jar to teamsite

I am trying to add custom jar to teamsite

1- I moved jar to /opt/Interwoven/TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/lib

2- then I ran build.sh

but jar file didnt copied to

/opt/Interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-cc.war/WEB-INF/lib

Any one can suggest

if the TeamSite jar file is under /TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/lib, then you need to execute make_toolkit.ipl from the directory /TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/.

Whereas, if its a livesite jar file, you need to put it under /TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/livesite_customer_src/lib/. Then execute build.sh from /TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/livesite_customer_src.

customer_src is for TeamSite specific jars, i.e. workflow enhancements.

livesite_customer_src is for LSDS preview

Thanxs for updated .There two separate build.xml for teamsite and livesite .Do we need to update them separately in case we need to add jar for teamsite and livesite or updating teamsite related build.xml will do in both cases.

The two jar files are in two different locations because they serve two different purposes.

What is your custom jar intended to provide?

Note that placing a jar in livesite_customer_src/lib will copy it to both iw-cc.war AND iw-preview.war, although you shouldn't necessarily depend on this fact.

Don't worry about where things are going. Instead, just think about putting TeamSite code in customer_src, and LiveSite code (including PLC customizations) in livesite_customer_src. Things should end up where they need to.

I am trying to use ogn.jar refrenced in one of the provided lscs java file.Actually I am trying to understand do we need to put reference in build.xml present in /opt/Interwoven/TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/livesite_customer_src folder or referencing it in build.xml in /opt/Interwoven/TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/reference will do as in both the cases the jar file is copied into the /opt/Interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-cc.war/WEB-INF/lib whether we use make_toolkit or build.sh

You should not be changing either build file for this. There's simply no need.

Like I said in my previous response, the choice of folder depends on what ogn.jar is going to be used for. If that's still unclear to you, then tell us what this jar does.
