Changing a workarea populates iwov_idmaps?

Hello,

It seems that when I delete or rename a workarea, Datadeploy for some reason automatically puts an entry in the IWOV_IDMAPS table for EVERY category/data-type in our entire directory structure (making it extremely messy)! the number of rows increased over 200 after i renamed a workarea.

why is it doing this? can i disable this "feature"?
