TS741 preview not working

Hi All,

I just installed fresh TS741 on a linux box. i logged in TS ui using my userid after running iwusermigrate and iwaccessmigrate. i am able to access my WA and branch but when i click on any html file. it throws below error

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 403

Is there any configuration i am missing from httpd.conf?

please suggest!!

It is not a TS configuration per se, but rather your webserver,

Try going down servername:81/iw-mount/default/main and see where it stops

What user does Apache run as ? Can you give that user access ?

Its stopping at http://servername:81/iw-mount

webserver is running as cseuser..which is a common user for admin work on webservers.

Try giving that user TS access, Strange that it stopped at store, makes me wonder if APache was configured correctly.

This user is already added in tsusers.xml file

i forgot to mention that i used TS6.5 iw-store during TS741 installation so everything got migrated itself

all branches/WA/editions but preview is not working

did you migrate the users ?

I would be interested if you can create a new store, mount it and see if the user can get to it.

I don't remember off-hand, but what user owned the files in the 6.5 backing store (the actual iw-store directory tree) - there was some point where they changed the owner from 'root' to 'iwts' I believe, and if you brought over the 6.5 store on the 7.4.1 box, you'd want to make sure you fixed the permissions on all the files and directories within the store (stop the services first).
