Compoinents are not loading on a page

I am trying to create a page with basic content template. Components are not loading, only loading sign is showing.

Whats wrong ?

Have you looked at content_center.log?

I will check content_center.log file. Whats location for content_center.log file ?

When I edit some pages, I get "component browser" option, while in others I dont.

So why is that and how can I add or delete component browser option ?
