How to find out the last used date/submitted date for a particular TeamSite branch

Hi All,

I would like to know the list of unused teamsite branches in my teamsite server,as part of this I would like to know the last used date/last sumbitted date for a particular branch so that I will get the list of all unused branchs based on date.

Is there anyway to findout last used date/last sumbitted date for a particular branch.

My Teamsite server is running on TS721.

Please let me know if you need any other details.

You may be able to get the information by running through the submit events using the iwevents CLT - something like:

iwevents -s -n /default/main/..../STAGING latest

which will then give you information like:

[Mon Aug 18 09:19:06 2014] ADD ...

The number of lines presented depends on the number of files submitted, but basically you just care about the first line, from which you can parse the date/time information.

If you're clever about this, you could write a script that traverses all your branches and retrieves the information for each one and presents it all in a nice simple format that you can then use to review and/or disseminate the information.
