When a user calls workflow as a PLC workflow, is that out of the box workflows , which is called PLC ?
Usually PLC stands for Product Life Cycle. What does PLC stand for in TS workflow terminology ?

PLC is the Publish LiveSite Content workflow. It is the OOTB workflow IF you are using Sitepublisher/LSDS/LSCS
