deployment specific access of each user command line

I'd like to add deployment access for a user via the command line. I'm not seeing anything that will allow me to do this. iwuseradm doesnt give me the option to add user to all deployments. I know I can add a users deployment access via the admin consoles user management tab by selecting one of three options available in deployment specific access, but how can it be done via the command line

iwodauthorize manages role access, deployment, and deployment group
authorizations on this OpenDpeloy server.
User must have od-admin role and be on local host to run this CLT.

Usage: iwodauthorize -h | -v

Role Management Operations:
Usage: iwodauthorize -r list OD-role [-odinst instName]
Usage: iwodauthorize -r (add | remove) OD-role username ... [-odinst instName]

Deployment Management Operations (not valid on receivers):
Usage: iwodauthorize -d list od-user-name [-odinst instName]
Usage: iwodauthorize -d (add | remove) od-user-name deploymentname ... [-odinst instName]
Usage: iwodauthorize -d (add | remove | set) -ul user-filelist -dl deployment-filelist [-odinst instName]

where
-h - displays usage information
-v - displays version information

-ul user-filelist
Path to user filelist for batch authorization.
Each user must be on a separate line.

-dl deployment-filelist
Path to deployment filelist for batch authorization.
Each deployment name must be on a separate line.

-r action args - role operation
'list' will list all users in specified role
'add' will add users to specified role
'remove' will remove users from specified role

-d action args - deployment authorization
'list' will list deployment authorizations for od-user
'add' will add deployment authorizations to od-user
'remove' will remove deployment authorizations from od-user
'set' will assign deployment authorizations for od-user,
previous authorizations will be lost.

OD-role - od-admin | od-user
od-user-name - name of an od-user role user
-odinst instName - specifies an OpenDeploy server instance

Returns:
0 success
1 failure

Examples:
1. Batch authorize users with additional deployments:
iwodauthorize -d add -ul /work/users.txt -dl /work/deploys.txt
2. Batch un-authorize users from deployments:
iwodauthorize -d remove -ul /work/users.txt -dl /work/deploys.txt
3. To get a list of users in od-admin role:
iwodauthorize -r list od-admin
4. To get a list of users in od-user role:
iwodauthorize -r list od-user
5. To add UNIX users mary and david to the od-admin role:
iwodauthorize -r add od-admin mary david
6. To remove Windows users INTERWOVEN\jill and INTERWOVEN\sally
from the od-user role:
