Teamsite Contributor UI is not working

When I am login to TeamSite on the right side I am seeing Go to: CCProfessional and when i am clicking the dropdown I am able to go reports, Administrator but not TeamSite. Please let me know what is the TeamSite Contributor UI.

 

Is there any issue in the installation. We have done silent installation and below are the components we are used to install.

I think I have seen a similar issue before. Try these steps if you also MediaBin UI installed :

 

• Stop JBoss
• Make a backup of /Interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-wcmweb.ear/META-INF/application.xml and add the mediabin module xml element
     <module> 
            <web> 
                <web-uri>iw-mediabin.war</web-uri> 
                <context-root>mediabin</context-root> 
            </web> 
    </module>
(Note first check if it exists)
• cd to /Interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/wcmweb/toolkit/mediabin folder  • run ‘/Interwoven/TeamSite/tools/ant/bin/ant deploy’ 
• Start JBoss
