Ldap Configuration Problem

Hi,

we are using TS7.4.1 in windows server 2012. in here i need to configure the LDAP server. i have the credentials. i had did the configuration like below.

my doubt is

my user id is KHMRTS/kwcm i just want to know that how to use this as CN. please help me

You'll probably have to ask your LDAP team, because your user entry could be anywhere in the tree.

the problem has solved. i had created the user but not added on the server list. that is the problem. i just added the user on the list and now it is working fine
