New Support Portal - where is everything?

So I registered for the new Support Portal and all I can find is my support cases. How does one get to the TeamSite software/documentation download area from the portal? Or DevNet? It's not intuitive at all. I can find all the marketing fluff pretty easily, though.

FWIW, the linkage from the portal to the software download site is going to be added in a couple weeks. If you don't login, you can see that info on the home page. If you login, that info disappears - that's why I didn't see it.

As far as DevNet, they do not plan on integrating it into the Portal, even though they have a link to Marketing Optimization Forums. Evidently DevNet is not important enought to migrate into the place where EVERYTHING ELSE is going to be that's related to support. That's a joke to me. I asked for a contact to complain to about that. If anyone else cares, I can share that info.

Well it can't be any worse than last year's. At least there are more than one TeamSite sessions.

Change that : it can be worse.

All teamsite and opendpeloy related products have now been disabled on the old support site.

And nothing's made available on the new support site.

That's the case at least for me. I'm wondering if that's for everyone ?

I can't login to the new software download site (https://downloads.hpengage.com/). My portal password nor my old support password will work, and there's no "forgot my password" link to provide any help. I emailed my support engineer for help and he's going to call and walk me through it today.

The Portal isn't really very useful for TeamSite customers - all they have there are your support cases. You can't get to DevNet from there even though they have a Community area with forums that look EXACTLY like DevNet. They told me there's no way to integrate DevNet into the portal. And the software download site is a separate site with a separate login. So the portal isn't very portally.

Anyone else getting worried on this ? I'm certainly am.

I don't think HP takes this seriously.

The support portal is far from awesome. I just complained that there's no way to search for strings/phrases in our support cases. We have literally hundreds of support cases through the years and often we will run across a problem we knew we've had in the past and want to look up that old case to see the solution. Worked great on the old support site. The search functionality in your cases has yet to be implemented on the portal. I was told "it's on the list of things to do" but where it falls on their priority list - who knows? I hope other companies **** about it as well so they implement it sooner than later.

Don't get me started that they claim it's impossible to integrate DevNet into the portal even though it seems like every other forum HP has seems to be reachable in the portal. If they had a link to DevNet maybe more customers would participate.
