MediaBin 8.2 - No MBP.log file

After installaing and successfully starting the MediaBin Server service on Windows 2012 R2 server, with SQL database, the MBP.log file is not being written to the C;/Program Files (x86)\MediaBin Server\Logs directory.

Additionally, when I try to log-in using the Web GUI, I receive an error message stating "Unable to connect to MediaBin server."

You might want to check in the registry that installation directory is where you expect it and that the logs (e.g. Error, Fatal) are turned on.

Mine is listed in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\MediaBin, Inc.\MediaBin\Platform\CurrentVersion]

Also is the MBPw32.exe process keep running?

The MBPw32.exe process is 'suspended' in Task Manager and never 'wakes up' during my attempt to log-in through the Web UI (http://localhost:8080/mediabin)

The installation directory in the Registry is exactly where I've been looking (C:\Program Files (x86)\MediaBin Server) and yet there is nothing in the "Logs" directory.
