Teamsite custom script are not opening from Teamsite UI

We have added some custom submenus under file,edit Teamsite UI menus like publish and all ,So created some CGI and perl scripts to implement those. In our old Teamsite environment , those were running fine from the UI , but now it's giving us resource not found error where we have updated ui_custom.xml and also built the toolkit successfully , Anybody can help on this?

If you go to .../TeamSite/httpd and execute:

./iw-bin/custom/publish/publish_form.cgi

what happens ?

Also include you OS adn TS level

I can execute the scripts from command line without any issue,the OS is WIN 2008 server and TS version 7.2.1 same as previous environment

Have you changed the iw-webd conf or rewrites?

There are multiple entries for /iw-bin in there, even on TS 8, did these get removed ? Esp the one in bold.

If you go to the URL yourself, does it work?

How abotu Show Env?

http://teamsite/iw-cc/iw-bin/show_env.cgi

And try port 80, not 8080
