Hi,
We have deleted the content in workarea which is there in folder and submitted to staging. We tried to restore the entire deleted folder from All and Deleted files option but its giving error "Restoring deleted folders is unsupported. Unable to restore Billing_Wizard." The folder and files available in Edition
//lalpiw01/ServiceCenter/main/SC/EDITION/ed_sp_PRD_11:03:15:H:00:01/Documents/SPContent/Billing_Wizard
//lalpiw01/ServiceCenter/main/SC/EDITION/ed_sp_PRD_11:03:15:H:00:01/Documents/SPContent/Billing_Wizard/BSS and all html files
//lalpiw01/ServiceCenter/main/SC/EDITION/ed_sp_PRD_11:03:15:H:00:01/Documents/SPContent/Billing_Wizard/BSS/BSS_AGR and all html files
Please let us know how can we restore the entire folder or files from the above folder. Is there any other way to restore.
