When we are uploading PPT files in bulk (15 files whose total size is around 220 MB each having less than 40 slides) using insert unmodified task, slideshow/Preview is not getting generated for some files and for others it is getting generated. Job history is showing message 'MSODecoder: Warning - no slide/page images are generated'
But when I am uploading each file seperately slideshow & preview is getting generated properly.
I am also having one more query, we are having some ppt files which are opening properly in MS Office but when we try to open them in Open Office it is getting crashed. As mediabin uses Open Office to generate previews for MS office documents, won't we be able to see preview of documents which are not opening in Open Office?
Our Mediabin version is 8.2 and Open office version is 4.1.1 configured in MBSetting table properly.
In MEM, for MS office documents Max Page preview setting is set to 100.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
