Getting 403 error on preview of files/assets

We are not able to uncheck radio "Restrict access to this workarea" at workarea, expecting this might be root cause. If anyone faced this issue earlier update on this will be much appreciated

Windows or Unix?

On Windows you usually have to fix the anonymous user in IIS. When that user is included in the "TeamSite Preview Web Users" (or whatever that thing is called) then it should work even on restricted workareas.

On Unix, the solution is to make the user running httpd a member of the group that owns the workarea.

In both cases, you don't get user emulation, so you'll probably want to turn off directory listings to avoid people just navigating into your workarea through the preview layer.
