Officejet 6700 printer, re: 932 XL black ink cartridge

This cartridge is becoming too expensive. Can this cartridge be ink injectable or refillable? By the way, Im staying now in the Philippines, and they donot have refillable cartridge here. Is there any Idea so can still keep this printer? My daughteradvised me to buy and replace this one. Any inexpensive suggestions? Tnx
