asset is not showing in mediabin UI and client folders

Hi i have tried to install deployment agent, after i am not able to see assets in mediabin Ui and mediabin client folders.there is no any metdata is visible in both place.i am attaching the doc where this issue is given.please help me to find the solution

It isn't clear from this information what the issue is being caused by. MediaBin certainly looks misconfigured. Is this a fresh install?

I doubt that installing DA caused this issue as they would be unrelated from the behavior you describe, can you confirm that everything was working prior to installing DA?

I would start by examining the logs for MediaBIn, the Web Services, and RMM clients.

I would also open a support case.

Hi thanks for your reply, before installing DA, mediabin is working fine.no this is not a fresh installation.

I have uninstalled deployment agent, but still assets is not showing. I have tried to install DA server where they have asked sql database name and password. I have given same database name and password which we are using in mediabin server after that one error message has come. I am attaching the install file for deployment agent.

Even am facing the same issue of not able to view the asset in UI post upgrade.

Any remediations?
