Teamsite 7.5 Submit/workflow Issue in IE

Hi All - I am trying to submit a workflow for the DCR. When I click Finish button in IE the page gets struck in Loading Page.

But the same gets submitted correctly if I am on trying on Firefox. I am wondering if this is any setting issue.

Any help on this appreciated.

TeamSite Version: 7.5.0.1

Browser: IE 11.0.9

Server: Windows 2012 R2

We are having the same problem in TeamSite 8.1 when using IE as well. FireFox does not have this issue.

Any idea how we can prevent this problem in IE?

We found the solution to our problem after we added the domain name of our site to Tools > Compatibility View Settings for the Compatibility View. The problem goes away in IE11.

Thanks Yim for the solution, we have already added the domain name in the list afterwards the issue disappears and we encountered the session expired while navigating to the next screens.

Support team has already created a ticket for this issue and they said they will release a patch in the month of June for this issue. Also the direction from the support team is, not to use the portal in compatibility view settings as it may cause other issues.

We don't really have a solution from HP support; however, we have this problem resolved in our IE by doing followings:

went to Tools > Compatibility View Settings and added the domain name of your TeamSite server to the Compatibility View.

For IE 11, the checkbox ‘Display intranet sites in Compatibility View’ could be checked or not but adding the domain name to the Compatibility View Settings did the trick.

IE10 had Compatibility Mode checked and it worked

Shashwata - You need to try the below steps to fix the issue.

1. cd /apps/interwoven/TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/web/ccpro
2. mkdir formspub
3. cd formspub
4. cp /apps/interwoven/ApplicationContainer/server/default/deploy/iw-cc.war/ccpro/formspub/wizard_show_wft_instantiator.jsp ./
5. vi wizard_show_wft_instantiator.jsp & change the line “cgiDocument = document.frames("cgi_iframe").document;” to “cgiDocument = window.frames["cgi_iframe"].document;”
6. cd /apps/interwoven/TeamSite/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src
7. /apps/interwoven/TeamSite/iw-perl/bin/iwperl /apps/interwoven/TeamSite/bin/make_toolkit.ipl
