Css and JS are not applying while previewing a page from teamsite 8.1

Hello,

Css is not applying on page while previewing from teamsite version 8.1,only content is visible with some broken images.

How to resolve this?Please suggest me.

Is apache running ? Try previewing the component guide, if it is correct, then it is a branch specific issue and you need to check your proxy settings.

If it does not preview correctly, then APache is not running
