Custom CGI's not opening on One Server - Giving XML Parsing Error

In our environment suddenly Custom CGI doens't work since last few days. It's in DR. Same things are working fine in PROD. I compared the CGI file and both are identical. We have same TS version - 7.3.2 installed on both the servers. So it doesn't seem to be an XML issue but still it is throwing same error for all the CGI's.

I am getting below error whenever we clink on the Link Added under Action item.

XML Parsing Error: mismatched tag. Expected: </input>.
Location: http://XXXXXX.bc/iw-cc/iw-bin/iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi/deployThisItem.cgi

Any urgent help is much appriciated here.

Its should be an XML issue.. mismatched tag. Expected: </input>.

Look into the xml formatting clearly..

The HTML is mismatched in the CGI. If it is the sam ecode between the two servers, then the inputs are likely the issue.

Do a view source and see if you can see an obvious issue. Otherwise, run it from the command line and see if you can parse the output from what is being generated. The latter step is hard because of inputs, but there are few ways to debug this.

Thanks for the inputs.

Finally this issue got resolved when I changed the DefaultTextType to text/html. earlier it was application/xml which was causing this issue.

Now all teh CGI's are working fine.
