deployments are taking long time

Hello,

 

         From past 1 week in our PROD environment each deployment is taking around 20mins befor it used to take less than a minute. Deployments are not failing no errors in the logs and Od ports are also open and available and receiver is also available. Not able to figure out why it is happening. After starting deployment cmd from cMd prompt it is taking 20mins then it is showing that depoyment started and completed successfully. Any pointers to troubleshoot this issue would be helpful.

Start looking at the logs.  Both on the sender abd receiver.  I would be more concerned about the receiver because if there was a slowdown on the TS server,  you would likely notice it. 

 

Also check some old logs,  I know you think the same deployment took a minute before, but check and verify,  Are you sending the same files to the same location, was the duration really a minute.  

 

The only other thing you can check to see is if there have been any networking changes lately.  Is it rounting differently or are there timeouts.
