Interwoven Admin UI is showing blank

TS 7.3.2 W2K3

Valid license. Tried iwreset.

Checked the JBoss Management Console and verified that iw-admin is running.

In commonservice.log we're getting continuous exception related to authentication
ERROR com.interwoven.ui.userdashboard.service.UserManagementService () - Config Exception on trying to save the cookie life setting: Invalid ServiceId/ClientId - Authentication failed

org.apache.cxf.phase.PhaseInterceptorChain () - Interceptor has thrown exception, unwinding now

org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: Invalid ServiceId/ClientId - Authentication failed

Any pointers would be of great help.

There was an issue connecting to the Common Services DB.

Maybe you could try these,

1. Run /usr/Interwoven/CommonServicesClient/bin/iwirregister.bat -c "TeamSite" "Autonomy TeamSite" "" "C:\Interwoven\TeamSite" "" "" "win"
This will output a Service ID. If not, then there might be connectivity issue between TeamSite and the DB table IR_SERVICEINFO. Correct this.
2. Check whether the Service ID is present in Interwoven/TeamSite/etc/serviceid. If not then replace it with the one from Step 1.
3. iwreset -a
