I'm looking for using prebuilt addons, if any available, for the followings:

1. User management (registration, profile)

2. Payment gateway connectivity (ex. authorize.net)

3. Promo codes

4. Forum

5. Blog

6. Analytics

7. Site pages for CRUDL interface for DCR content items

 

We are trying to avoid writing form scratch modules which have been already developed by 3rd parties.

I don't think anybody would share its own code just like this and I can't think of any open source project related to Teamsite.

If you are really interested, you can reach me through private message because my company has done many implementationes of all what you've mentioned integrated into the Teamsite suite (Teamsite, OpenDeploy, Livesite, Mediabin, etc).
