Log of worklfow instance mean job id to refer in future after it gets closed

Hi All,

 

Just want to know can we have log of worklfow instance mean job id which gets created and after approver and succcessful deployment of the file/files the job gets over, I cannot see the job id in "myjob" as it successfully ends.

 

Is there Anyway if author wants to know in future who approved that file and comments given.

There are several answers,  non of them complete. 

 

Many people put some reporting into their workflow,  something that will log the information into a better organized DB.  

 

Each submit event creates a submit log.  From the GUI, you can look at an Edition and check the submit log,

 

This information is all in the iwevents.log.  

 

Finally you can run iwrlog on an individual object or view the properties in the UI, then versions and Submit Details.
