Version Source Compare not working in TeamSite 7.5

To compare file versions, we can select a file and then select File > Versions by selecting any 2 different versions, we should be able to click on the Compare Versions link to see the Source Differences.

 

However, in TeamSite 7.5.0.2 it is not showing actual source of the file in Firefox 35; although it works fine in IE 11.

 

I have reported this problem with HP tech support, but they do not seem to be able to reproduce this problem and/or provide a solution....

 

I wonder if any of you out there are using TeamSite 7.5.x and have this same issue with FireFox. If your FireFox works with your TeamSite 7.5, I really wish to know if the Source Differences works on your FireFox.

Are you using https to access TeamSite?  What version of Java are you running?

 

Had a similar issue but only when using https.

 

The solution:

 

For firefox, the http_only cookie needs to be disabled as a workaround. This is done by commenting out the line:
# Header edit Set-Cookie ^(.*)$ $1;HttpOnly;Secure

 

in iwwebd.conf.template and performing an iwreset -a.

The problem is the modern browsers are not loading the httponly cookie for Java console and therefore the actual source Java compare code is also not loaded.
