Workflow is failing and throwing error for OD

I have upgraded Teamsite and after that getting error when I am trying to publish anything deployment is getting failed and

getting below error : ------------------------------------------------------------ 2016-05-04 20:35:56.054 GMT+0530 serverLog [Thread-12] - API: ***WARNING - User name from csContextString is blank or null, request app: APP_ODWEBSVC 2016-05-04 20:35:56.055 GMT+0530 serverLog [Thread-12] - WS1: Details: message: REQUEST_DENIED Request denied: NO_USER_NAME Item: Start deployment, Details: Got blank or no user name from CSContextString ----------------------------------------------- it looks like the OpenDeploy is not conecting with TeamSite properly. as when I am trying to reset OD from Admin Console. the Reset button is not coming.

Please help me for the same ASAP if you have any input.

When you upgrade TeamSite it often takes a copy of your old config files and generates new ones.

Make sure your config files are correct. For instance, I believe /[teamsite]/local/config/lib/content_center/livesite_customer_src/etc/conf/livesite_customer/opendeploy.properties is the file that holds the user that TeamSite uses to connect with OpenDeploy.

but the issue was related to passphrase which was incorrect and also after replacing it with /iw-home/private/etc/passphrase. I was not changing the permissions from r - - to rw-rw-.

after making these changes, I restarted OD and then it worked.
