Traceability in my software project

I have 2 questions:

Question 1

I need to achieve a bi-directional traceability in my software project.

1. My software requirements are in word format.
2. I create sequence diagrams based on these requirements in Enterprise Architect.
3. I then create test cases based on the sequence diagrams in excel.

Is there any way to link the 3 artefacts in HP Quality center and achieve end- to end or  bi-directional traceability?

 

 

Question 2

What is the minimum software and hardware requirements for TRIAL version of HP -Quality center ? While installation it throws attached error of operating system. Please help
