We are facing issues with java applet on TS 7.3.2. We have jdk 1.8.0_92 on our local and the applet fails to load giving certificate error hence not a trusted. It was working fine few days back.
You need to include what browser you are using. I suspect there is a browser configuration issue.
7.3.2 supported IE9 and up to FF 16. It does say that Java 1.6 and later are supported, so I assume that means 1.8 as well, but Java 1.8 came out after 732 was released, they were never tested completely
Hi Andy,
We are using IE 11 right now. It was working 2 days back. The error seems to be more for a expired certificate.
Well your choices are upgrading Java or converting to a self signed cert.

Contact Support and refer to WCM-3640. The digital certificates for Launchpad are being updated again as they expired. The patches are not yet available.
Could you provide the support number ? Also do we have an ETA on when it will be resolved ?
All Support information is at http://customercare.hpengage.com - click the OpenText banner at the bottom for TeamSite details.
We work around this (we had opened a case and support told us no certificate for 7.3.2 and we can't upgrade to 7.3.2.2) by adding the teamsite instances to the Java Exception Site List on the users workstations. On the Java Control Panel, Security tab add your instances to the Exception Site List. Make sure users accept warnings (don't just brush them aside) then they can work.
