I am using TS 6.5. When an DCR is opened to edit, it gives a black page apart from the template name at the top. All the other DCRs of the path using same datacapture.cfg and presentation open properly. please help me resolve this issue.
Can you do New Form Entry and create a new dcr?If so the issue might be with that particular dcr.
You may also try, save as the dcr(say a.dcr) with some other name(to a_new.dcr).Delete the orginal a.dcr.Submit it to Staging. Rename the saved as dcr(a_new.dcr) to original dcr name(a.dcr) and Submit to Staging..
