TeamSite 8.1 Search Index - Errors

Hi,

We are using TeamSite 8.1 on Windows Server 2012 R12.

We have tried to reindex the branches in our content store but the indexer keeps throwing out the following error:

[08 Aug 2016 12:00:12,388] ERROR com.interwoven.hunter.index.IdolIndexHelper (BulkIndexer-0) - Caught AciErrorException: The fieldname parameter contained no valid parametric fields

Does anyone know What this means?

Is there a way to fix it ?

Never saw that, but from your comments and the error, I assume you made some changes to how it is supposed to index. Doesn't look like that worked.

What changes did you make, requiring the reindex ?

If you are having problems with TeamSite 8.1 search indexes, attached is a script (provided by HP support) on how to clear ALL search indexes and start again. It proved VERY usefull.

Note: HP provided us with a patch for the ConnectorFramework (CFS_10.11.1_Win)

The process:

Stop the services: iwtssearch > TeamSiteConnector > ConnectorFramework > AutonomyContent

Do the Clear down

Start the services: AutonomyContent > ConnectorFramework > TeamSiteConnector > iwtssearch
