We are on TS/OD/Livesite 8.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2. We have been observing some intermittent issue with Open Deploy trying to deploy xsl files to app server. On checking the logs on receiver it displays rename failed from .iwnew to original filename. this is happening not to a specific file but only to xsl files. On stopping websphere application service the deployments go through normally and don't fail. It appears that Websphere is locking some files, is there any specific configuration that needs to be done on Websphere so that it should not lock the files?
