I have a store with many sites created in CC Pro. How to convert all these sites and its pages to a Enperience Studio enabled sites?
In create new project UI, choose the tab option "Convert to Project" and then choose the branch then you want to convert to E-Studio project. Once you converted a branch to EStudio project, you should able to see all sites/ pages/DCR's/Images/other resources in E-Studio project.

Create Projects from Existing Projects
This procedure allows you to reuse the collateral of existing sites and assets and saves you from recreating and recopying all the shared resources. This procedure also provides a smoother transition and an opportunity for you to start working on the next version of the site in Experience Studio while supporting the current legacy ones.
This procedure brings over to Experience Studio the shared assets of an existing branch in CCPro. However, it does not bring over sites, pages and templates - these must be recreated in Experience Studio.
Above is the informaiton from the help document. It says this will not convert sites, pages and templates.
