Error on Preview - Help

I get this error when I do a preview, I assume it is unrelated to my code as I reverted to a version that I know worked and got the same error, and colleagues of mine don't get an error.

Template Preview And Generate Error:

The following error occured while creating file Y:\default\main\aphrweb\testbranch\WORKAREA\wa\zz_tst_coljohn_0_manifest:
Broken pipe
The templated file was not generated.

Check your "preview" directory (Y Smiley Happy

see if there is a zz_tst_username_0_manifest file with a perl.exe process still attached to it. Kill the process then delete the file and see if that helps.
