CheckBoxes in Output reports

Hi,
I have a problem with the checkboxes in the output views. In PDF format, checkboxes doesn't appear. How can I solve it?

Hi Elena,

Are you trying to use the same report for online HTML input and also a printed form through the PDF? Or do you want the form to be clickable even as a PDF? If the first is true, you can put an image of a checkbox that will show up only for PDF. Then set the visibility of that image to only show for PDF output. If the second is true, the HTML in a BIRT text control does not translate into an editable PDF form.
