Class conflicts in the Web viewer (preview tab)

I am using the scripted data source for designing my reports. I copy over the dependent jar files for my scripted data source application to eclipsepluginsorg.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_2.2.1.r22x_v20070920/birt/WEB-INF/lib dir of the viewer on the designer and get a HTTP 500 error on the preview tab. If remove the files from the WEB-INF/lib directory I get ClassNotFound Exceptions

What should I do ? I tried copying them over to the scriptLib directory, still didnt work, any other way to set the classpath ?
