Hi hardik_982,
You can certainly get at the underlying tables that make up the cube using the standard JDBC driver for Oracle. If you are getting at the Oracle cube through JDBC today then that will continue to work as well.
How are you getting to the Oracle cube data today through Java? If you are using the Oracle OLAP API for Java that ships with 10g, then you can continue to do that in BIRT by setting up a scripted data source.
